If you are self or plan managed you may be able to purchase products online with us. If you are unsure please consult with your plan manager or support coordinator before purchasing.
You are welcome to purchase products online yourself. In the notes section at checkout advise you require a NDIS invoice. Please also list the NDIS participants full name and number and make sure your email address is provided. We will send you through a manual invoice which you can submit to NDIA.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and request to be provided with a manual invoice for NDIS purchasing. Again include NDIS participants full name and number.
We will provide you an invoice and hold your products for 7 days from when we send you the invoice. Once we receive payment we will dispatch your orders within 2 business days. If we do not receive payment within this time your order will be cancelled and products put back online.
You will be required to upload the invoice to the portal and draw down funds yourself.
We are currently not registered as a provider with the NDIA.
